Once an order is placed, modifications to items or addresses are not allowed. You can cancel an eligible order and place a new one.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before shipment.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags, labels, and packaging intact. Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Email our support team with your Order ID and reason for return. Include clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Once your returned item is approved, refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. 

Depending on your location and courier availability, delivery typically takes 3 to 8 business days. Updates will be shared on shipment status.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or other reasons, the package will return to our warehouse. You may request a re-delivery.

We deliver to all pin codes across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
